Leg of Lamb

Whole leg of lamb, can feed up to 7 people, (10 people if the chump is left on) can be halved to feed smaller family’s. Can be boned and rolled for easier calving and stuffed if required. Our summer speciality is this butterflied and minted (preferably over night) ideal for the B.B.Q.
