Gammon Joint Bone-in

If you would like to cook your gammon Joint on the bone then we sell Smoked or not smoked joints, we are happy to do half or quarter joints if you would like less. We are also very happy to boil cook them for you. On the day of serving why not add honey and finish off in the oven to serve hot again
